Cultural humility is SOAR’s utmost priority. SOAR strives to maintain open curiosity and humility towards social diversity.  This also implies recognition of ongoing training and education for our staff and volunteers. SOAR reserves the right to update its practices based on new research and understanding specific to social justice advocacy.
