Anah Galloway is a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH) and proud alum of Wilmington University’s Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Anah has a background in higher education and student development and joined the SOAR team as a clinical intern in May 2017. Since graduating in 2018, she has worked in various administrative and clinical roles including intake and assessments. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings and has experience in individual, family, and group treatment modalities. Anah believes each client has a unique story to share, and she hopes to create compassionate safe spaces to help clients develop their personal narratives, find balance, and explore patterns and belief systems from the past that influence the present. In addition to working with clients directly, Anah is passionate about advocating for survivors, providing trauma-informed training, and building stronger community partnerships. She is excited to discover the impact she can make in her role as SOAR’s Program Development Director.
